The goal for teachers in Quadrant 4 is to help people explore their own creative adaptions or explorations of learning. This might be evaluating the use of learning or producing or performing their own creative interpretations or evaluations.

Quadrant 4 is where people create new understanding through personal evaluation and or extension of learning.

It is not enough to just understand the material, it must be put to use in the real world and adapted in a personally meaningful way.
