To help build learner interest, we recommend to create an EXPERIENCE that engages people in learning and gets them excited to learn more.

This experience should draw on the prior knowledge and experience of the group and tap into their perceptions.

Quadrant 1 should not include ANY CONTENT as that will come later when the information is delivered in Quadrant 2.

Quadrant 1 is about the group’s personal perceptions, prior experience, values.
