K-12 Principals and Instructional Leaders
The Purpose of this Seminar is:
- to increase Principal and Instructional Administrators’ skills in assisting teachers
- to use more feeling strategies in their teaching
- to manage the legitimacy of diverse learning and teaching styles
- to understand what current brain research means and can do for teachers and teaching
- to ask the right questions and to coach for more effective teaching.
In this Seminar Principals and Administrators will:
- Become more able to understand and honor learning preferences, their own, their teachers, and their students.
- Become more skilled at helping teachers with key elements of 4MAT Design with a special concentration on feeling and meaning strategies and conceptualizing content.
- Be more successful in helping teachers accomplish more differentiating practice in coaching and conversation evaluation techniques.
